Regardless of your level of education it's important that you have some insight into the basics of the legal environment which you are about to get so intimately involved in.
I ran upon a web site which i think will be useful to anyone representing themselves in a legal action, especially us pro-se litigants who, in spite of what we may think, who on the whole are usually ill prepared to successfully present or respond to a case before the bar.
Law Nerds dot com takes a pragmatic 1... 2... 3... approach in presenting what i've found to be useful information that anyone can benefit from. From my experience in the courts (New York State, Federal, and currently U.S. Supreme Court), I found the information available here to be quite valuable and presented in a concise and well rounded manner.
